This transformative workshop provides maps and practical tools to effectively work with couples using mindfulness and experiential approaches. By combining theory and practice, participants will learn to:

- Address emotional wounds underlying destructive patterns.
- Learn bodywork tools in psychotherapy.
The Power of Mindfulness and Body Awareness
Couples often communicate quickly and non-verbally through tone of voice, gaze, body posture, and the quality of touch. By learning to track these subtle somatic signals, therapists can uncover the unconscious messages that shape each couple’s interactions. These insights allow therapists to help couples move from opposing cycles to vulnerable and collaborative connection.
Mindfulness is the cornerstone of this approach, enabling clients to «act from within» rather than «act outward.» By gently accessing and discussing the delicate emotional layers underlying repetitive patterns, couples can engage in deeper, more meaningful conversations and free themselves from entrenched dynamics.
Working experientially and somatically adds depth, vitality, and immediacy to therapy sessions. Couples do not just talk about their problems; they experience them directly, leading to profound insights and practical tools for change.
